Bethesda Fountain - Angel of the Waters
I sketched this fountain several weeks ago but didn't have time to paint it before uploading it. Here are drawings of the Fountain from 2003 and the unpainted one from 2010. I was nervous about adding the trees and leaves, but I'm pleased with final page.

Loved the sketches with Liz and Jason and B.Bear. (I need a sketching animal...) This fountain is lovely. How did you do the water falling? It's fantastic.

This is gorgeous! I love the contrasts and the streams of water flowing down on the fountain =) Amazing job!

Thank you so much for visiting. The "water" was made with a Japanese pen made by Signo. It is the first white pen I found that writes for longer than one week after you write on top of paint.

I was wondering about the water too. So glad you answered that! This is wonderful!
